- The original Viking Clip needs furring. VC2 is the separately described no-batten option.
- The published 1/8-inch abutment clearance is not the field reveal. The 3/4-inch top ventilation opening is not a clip dimension.
- Exact alloy, clip dimensions, screw size, interface tolerances and tested wall capacity remain unverified in the reviewed material.

Set the first row level. Fit clips and successive boards according to the exact system submittal.
Maintain screened ventilation paths and specified abutment clearances. Resolve top-board face fastening.
Do not release a purchase or installation schedule until clip, screw, profile and wall-load details are confirmed.
