Explicit exclusions

No exhaustive exclusion list found. Absence of a prohibition is not approval.

Conditions that change the answer

  • C-F-2025 identifies 175-EBTYP and 175-EB TT as original products without a steel reinforcement plate.
  • Do not apply the Premium wood installation or an Ipe Clip screw path automatically. Obtain the original EB-TY and decking-brand instructions.
  • A species name alone does not approve the supplied profile, moisture condition, screw or exposure.
  • For saltwater, pool chemicals or treated substrates, verify the complete metal combination and manufacturer corrosion guidance. A stainless insert is not a blanket marine approval.

Dimensions belong to different parts

Installed gap, clip size, board thickness and groove cut are separate measurements. Mill tolerances and the sold accessory match remain separate approvals.
